About TrainingTracker
A straightforward workout tracker for people who lift, made by a small team that uses it every week.
Why we built TrainingTracker
Most of us started with a notebook. It worked until we wanted to know what we benched six weeks ago, or whether our legs had actually gotten stronger. Spreadsheets fixed that and were miserable to fill in between sets. TrainingTracker is the version we wanted: quick enough to use mid-workout, with enough memory to tell us what to do next.
What makes it different?
- Your history does the planning. Every set is pre-filled from last time, and progression rules suggest the next target.
- It fits how you train. Fixed weekdays or a rotation, machines or free weights, supersets, timed holds and cardio.
- Your data is portable. Import from other apps and export everything whenever you like.
Who is behind it?
TrainingTracker is published by Heimdall Digital Holdings LLC, a company that builds and runs a small portfolio of websites and online tools. You can reach us at info@heimdalldigitalholdings.com or (719) 937-3354.
Built on open source
TrainingTracker is a modified version of openGym, an open-source workout tracker created by Duarte Santos and released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. We are grateful for that work. As the license requires, the complete source code of the version we run is available: download the source code.
Where we are now
TrainingTracker is in beta. It is free while in beta, and we plan to offer memberships later. If you would like to try it, request beta access.
