These terms govern your use of trainingtracker.fit and the TrainingTracker app at app.trainingtracker.fit, provided by Heimdall Digital Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Beta service
TrainingTracker is in beta. Features may change, and there may be bugs or downtime. Keep your own backups using the app's export feature.
Pricing
TrainingTracker is free while it is in beta. We plan to introduce memberships later. We will tell you what they include and what they cost before any charge applies, and you can export your data at any time.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.
Your data
You own the training data you put into TrainingTracker. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service unlawfully, try to break or overload it, access other people's data, or upload content you don't have the right to share.
Health disclaimer
TrainingTracker records and suggests training numbers based on what you log. It does not give medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
Open-source software
TrainingTracker is based on openGym and is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. The complete corresponding source code of the version we run is available at this link. Those license terms govern the software itself; these terms govern the service we provide.
Availability and termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may change or end the beta; if we shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
