This policy explains how Heimdall Digital Holdings LLC ("we", "us") handles information on trainingtracker.fit (the "site") and in the TrainingTracker app at app.trainingtracker.fit (the "app").
What we collect
- Account details. The name or email address you sign in with, a password hash if you use a password, and passkey public keys if you use passkeys.
- Your training data. Routines, workouts, body weight, measurements, notes, settings and any photos or videos you upload. This is the data the app exists to store.
- Messages you send. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, subject and message.
- Technical data. Our servers keep standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to run and secure the service. The app keeps a short activity log of sign-ins for account security.
- Analytics. The site uses a self-hosted Matomo instance with cookies disabled to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not set tracking cookies, and we do not use advertising trackers. The app itself has no analytics.
How we use it
To provide the app and sync your data between your devices, to reply to you, to send beta invites you asked for, to keep the service secure, and to improve the site and app. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your training data for advertising.
Cookies
The app uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. The site does not use cookies for analytics.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (such as hosting and email delivery), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account exists. You can export your data from the app at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@heimdalldigitalholdings.com. Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and keep a record of our correspondence.
Security
Connections use HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, and access to servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password or a passkey.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing info@heimdalldigitalholdings.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law.
Children
TrainingTracker is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Health information
TrainingTracker is a training log, not a medical service. Please do not use it to store medical records.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
